Drowning can happen quickly and silently. Designating a Water Watcher helps ensure that someone is always actively supervising swimmers.

A Water Watcher is a responsible adult whose only job is to actively supervise people in and around the water.

A Water Watcher should:
• Stay alert
• Keep eyes on the water at all times
• Rotate with another adult every 15 minutes

A Water Watcher should not:
• Use phones or other technology
• Consume alcohol or drugs
• Leave the water area

Designating a Water Watcher helps ensure that someone is always focused on keeping swimmers safe.

At Float2Fly, we believe water safety starts with awareness, education, and access. Active supervision can save lives.
